Order the books directly from this web site. Each title will have an email link directly to me -- just click the link and "send." No need to fill in a message. Send as many messages as you like, and I will get back to you with your total amount due including shipping and handling. I welcome all orders and inquiries; many of the books are linked with Adobe.pdf files which you can download and which contain Table of Contents, and a sample chapter, and/or introduction to the collection.

• Each book will open a different email.  Include all the information in your email, for most efficient result.

• I will reply within 2-3 days with the information I require for shipment or provide a Pro Forma Invoice

• 5% G.S.T. (#87901-5303) on all Canadian orders

• Postage $9.00 for 1st volume to maximum of $25.00

• Overseas shipping billed at cost.
